I feel like I’m surrounded by trucks. Trailers, dump trucks, delivery vans, garbage trucks; day and night they rumble and rattle past my ground floor studio. Seeing life and personality in these utilitarian machines, I decided to render them in the fluid medium of watercolor. These paintings are all created at the same scale; most have a height of approximately 5″ while their width ranges from 11″ to 30″.
